1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining Sparkles Notify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not join the group.

1.2 Definitions
"Group" refers to Sparkles Notify, including all its members, activities, and communications.

"Member" refers to any individual who has joined Sparkles Notify.

"Admin" refers to the individual(s) responsible for managing Sparkles Notify.

"Membership Fee" refers to the monthly charge for participating in Sparkles Notify.

"Renewal Date" refers to the monthly date on which the Membership Fee is automatically charged.

"Discord Account" refers to the individual user account on Discord through which a Member accesses Sparkles Notify.

2. About Us
Sparkles Notify is a community for both resellers and collectors. Whether you’re trying to flip high-demand items or just want to buy what you love at retail price, we’ve got you covered. We share early info, tools, alerts and monitors for things like sneakers, concert tickets, collectibles, Pokémon, Pop Mart, and more so you don’t miss out or overpay.

3.1 Sparkles Notify Membership Plans

Sparkles Notify offers flexible membership subscription options: Monthly, Quarterly, and Biannual. Each plan provides the same great features and monitors, with the pricing per month decreasing as the plan length increases.

Note: Shopee monitors access is excluded and requires a separate activation.

3.1.1 Membership Features:

Full access to all our monitors, features & info, including but not limited to:
- Pop Mart, Concert Ticketing, Pokémon, Sneakers, Social Media, Luxury Items, and Deals/Discounts & many more!
FREE concert bypass links for concert releases.
FREE concert checkout links (capped at 2 tickets for each concert release).
Customer support available.
Full access to all our in-house tools.

3.1.2 Subscription Plans:

Monthly Plan: Pay USD15 per month at the standard price.
Quarterly Plan: Pay USD42 every 3 months (originally USD45, save USD3 or 6.67% per quarter, save USD12 annually if renewed for a full year).
Biannual Plan: Pay USD79 every 6 months (originally USD90, save USD11 or 12.22% per cycle, save USD22 annually if renewed for a full year).

The longer the plan you choose, the more you save while enjoying the same premium features. Choose the plan that works best for you!

Note:

1. Free concert bypass or checkout links do not guarantee you’ll get a ticket. Services are given out based on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis or limited slots, managed by the admin. If you successfully secure a ticket, you’ll need to pay the full retail price. Not all events will have free links, some may offer bypass links with a charge per link or a fee set by the admin, depending on the situation.

2. If more checkout or bypass links are needed, additional charges will apply and will be calculated per ticket (checkout link) / bypass link. The charges will vary for each concert and will be disclosed before the deal. Once confirmed, there will be no refunds or cancellations, and all payments must be settled after the release.

3.2 Shopee Monitors Add-On:

The Shopee monitors are available as an optional add-on subscription for Sparkles Notify members.

3.2.1 Pricing

Normal Users: USD11/month

Shopee OG Users (first batch verified users): USD5/month (discounted rate)

3.2.2 Active Sparkles Membership Requirement:

Users must maintain an active Sparkles Notify membership (Monthly, Quarterly, Biannual, or Sparkles OG Plan) to retain access to the Shopee monitors. If a user cancels their membership, access to the Shopee monitors will be automatically deactivated after the billing cycle. Users can reactivate their Shopee monitors plan at any time by resubscribing to a Sparkles Notify membership again.

3.2.3 Verification Requirement:

Normal users must undergo a verification process before purchasing the Shopee add-on.
Shopee OG Users (first batch verified users) are exempt from verification and will receive access immediately after payment.

3.2.4 Cancellation & Billing:

The Shopee add-on subscription can be cancelled at anytime.
No refunds will be provided for partial months if cancelled before the billing cycle ends.

3.2.5 Changes & Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Shopee monitors add-on at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Membership

4.1.1 Eligibility: Membership in Sparkles Notify is open to individuals of any age. However, if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental consent before purchasing a subscription or membership.

4.1.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1.3 Monthly Renewal: Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis. The renewal fee will be deducted automatically each month. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and that there are sufficient funds to cover the renewal fee. If your payment method is declined, your membership may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully processed.

4.1.4 Burner Accounts: We do not accept burner accounts (newly created or temporary Discord accounts) for membership in Sparkles Notify. These accounts are often used for account sharing, which undermines the integrity and exclusivity of our group. Additionally, burner accounts can be associated with malicious activities, such as evading bans or disrupting the group’s operations. By prohibiting burner accounts, we aim to maintain a trustworthy and secure environment for all members. If we determine that a member has used a burner account to join, we reserve the right to disallow their membership or remove them from the group. In such cases, we will issue a refund but 30% of the handling fees will be deducted.

5.1 Group Conduct

5.1.1 Respectful Communication: All members must treat each other with respect and kindness. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

5.1.2 Content Sharing: Members may share content that is relevant and appropriate for the group. However, any content that is deemed offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to the group’s purpose may be removed without notice.

5.1.3 Spam and Advertising: Unsolicited promotions, spam, or advertisements are not allowed in Sparkles Notify. Members who violate this rule may be removed from the group.

5.1.4 Confidentiality: Members are prohibited from sharing any information from Sparkles Notify outside the group. This includes, but is not limited to, group discussions, content, and personal details of other members or the information provided by Sparkles Notify. Any breach of this confidentiality may result in removal from the group.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Information: Sparkles Notify will collect personal information such as your email address, region, name when you pay your subscription. Any personal information shared within Sparkles Notify must be treated with confidentiality.

7.1 Refunds, Cancellations, and Transferability

7.1.1 Refunds: Once the subscription or membership is purchased, there will be no refunds. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

Unauthorized Charges: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or without authorization, you must provide valid proof of the error or unauthorized transaction.
Technical Errors: If there is a proven technical issue that resulted in an incorrect charge.

7.1.2 Change of Mind or Forgetting to Cancel:

No refunds will be granted if the member forgets to cancel their subscription before the renewal date. Members are fully responsible for managing their subscription and payment method.

7.1.3 Digital Access Clause:

Sparkles Notify is a digital service. Once the member has been granted access to any part of the subscription, including but not limited to links, monitors, exclusive information, channels, tools, or alerts, the service is considered delivered and used, and is therefore non-refundable under our policy and applicable digital goods regulations.

7.1.4 Banned Members and Confidentiality Breach:

Members who are banned from Sparkles Notify due to leaking confidential information or violating the confidentiality clause will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any breach of trust that undermines the integrity of the group.

7.1.5 Dispute & Chargeback Policy:

If a member initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us or without valid grounds, Sparkles Notify reserves the right to:

Permanently terminate the member's access without notice.
Blacklist the member from all future services.
Take appropriate legal or platform action to recover any losses or damages caused.
Exposing the Name: In cases of severe misconduct, including unauthorized chargebacks or confidentiality breaches, Sparkles Notify reserves the right to expose the member’s identity publicly, if deemed necessary, to protect the integrity of the group and its members.

Note: For any refund that is granted, a 30% administrative and handling fee will be deducted from the original payment amount.

7.1.6 Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must contact the group admin / email support@sparklesnotify.com / contact us before your next renewal date or payment is charged. Once the payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable. Members are responsible for managing their own subscription and ensuring timely cancellation if they no longer wish to continue.

7.1.7 Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable. Each subscription is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another individual.

8. Termination
Voluntary Exit: You may leave Sparkles Notify at any time.

Involuntary Removal: The group admin reserves the right to remove any member who violates these terms and conditions or disrupts the group’s harmony.

9. Membership Suspension

In cases of misconduct, breach of terms, or suspicious activity (including the use of unauthorized or burner accounts), the admin reserves the right to suspend membership temporarily while investigating the issue. Suspended members will not receive any compensation for the time they are suspended, and if the investigation concludes in a breach, the membership may be terminated without refund.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sparkles Notify reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the group implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Disclaimer

Sparkles Notify, its admins, and affiliates are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the group, including but not limited to missed opportunities, market fluctuations, or resale decisions based on information provided within the group. Members participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own financial actions.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms, including their validity, interpretation, or enforcement, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. The parties agree that all matters will be resolved under Malaysian legal principles, ensuring fairness and consistency with local regulations, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
